The purpose of this solicitation for purchase, fabrication, and delivery of Spun Concrete Transmission poles for the Miller and Caldwell 230kV Transmission Interconnects. This specification complements the “GENERAL TECH SPEC SPUN CONCRETE (rev 1.2) (4).”
