DEADLINES FOR QUESTIONS: May 21, 2026, 3:00 p.m.

1. Please clarify form “Sign the “Addendum A” of the Community Workforce and

Training Agreement (CWTA) adopted City Council (Bid Forms)” if form is signed by

contractor will contractor still be required to meet requirements if bid is under the

$1 million. Or can form be left without signature.

Answer: If bid is below $1 million, a signed Addendum A is not required.

2. Just to confirm the engineer’s estimate is $915,000?

Answer: Yes, the engineer estimate is below $915K. Refer to LOC No. 1.
