NOTICE INVITING SEALED BIDS - SINEX AVENUE & CONGRESS AVENUE SIDEWALK IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT

The City of Pacific Grove invites sealed bids for a sidewalk improvements project along
segments of Sinex Avenue and Congress Avenue. The work consists of roadway excavation including
demo and removal of existing concrete, grading and subgrade preparation for construction and/or
reconstruction of curb and gutter, sidewalks, driveway approaches and curb ramps, including pavement
conform strips and driveway transition areas. Miscellaneous work includes relocating street signs,
adjusting existing utility boxes to new finished grade and all other work shown on the plans.
