Description: ON-CALL SERVICES OF MAINTENANCE OF ASPHALT ROAD SURFACES NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE CITY OF FLAGER BEACH IS ISSUING THIS INVITATION TO SOLICIT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP) FROM LICENSED AND INSURED CONTRACTORS FOR ON-CALL, PERIODIC MAINTENANCE OF CITY ROADWAYS AND OTHER SURFACES. RFPs WILL BE RECEIVED FOR A UNIT-PRICE-BASED CONTRACT AS INDICATED IN THIS SOLICITATION. IT IS THE INTENT AND PURPOSE OF THE CITY OF FLAGER BEACH THAT THIS RFP PROMOTES COMPETITIVE SELECTION. IT IS THE CONTRACTOR’S RESPONSIBILITY TO ADVISE THE CITY PROJECT MANAGER IF ANY LANGUAGE, REQUIREMENTS, ETC., OR ANY COMBINATION THEREOF, INADVERTENTLY RESTRICTS OR LIMITS THE REQUIREMENTS STATED IN THIS INVITATION TO PROPOSAL. All applicants must be properly licensed in the State of Florida and include proof of insurance, licenses, and certificates as required by all local, State of Florida, and Federal agencies.
