These instruments and kits will be utilized by PHL to conduct clinical and environmental testing for the detection of foodborne pathogens (ie. Listeria, Salmonella, STECs, and other enteric), waterborne pathogens (ie. Legionella), drug-resistance emerging bacteria (ie. Shigella, N. gonorrhea) and mosquito transmissible viruses including Zika and other viruses.
DOHMH has determined that Illumina Inc is the sole provider of these required testing products. Illumina Inc. is the manufacturer of the assay kits, reagents equipment, instruments and other supplies for required clinical and environmental testing.
Any firm that believes it can legally provide these goods is invited to submit an Expression of Interest directly to this RFI- EPIN 81626Y0812 no later than 4/3/2026 by 2:00PM.
