Summary

Shonto Preparatory School is seeking qualified firms to provide Legal Services for Shonto Preparatory School . Shonto serves students on the Sovereign Nation of the Navajo people. Funding comes from the State of Arizona and various Federal Agencies therefore a broad spectrum of needs are required. SPS consists of Shonto Preparatory Elementary, BIE K-8 Boarding School and Shonto Preparatory Technology High School. SPS has approximately 200 students.

Background

The Shonto Preparatory School (SPS) is a K-12 school district serving a Navajo Indian student population in a remote community located on a high plateau, 6,500 feet above sea level, in Navajo County of northeast Arizona .

SPS is governed by the Shonto Governing Board of Education, Inc.
