Description: read the ENTIRE solicitation The intent of this RFP is to bid the services of roof maintenance.   Over the past several years we have set-up a three-year cycle so that at the end all roofs have been cleaned and minor repairs completed.  Thus, reducing the calls for emergencies and leaks.  During the contract period, which is one-year, the successful firm will be our on-call service provider for all leak service calls. The following annual services are to be provided for roofs on the following buildings: A-EMS Admin                                     8,424 sq. ft. A-Governmental Center                    21,471 sq. ft. A-Lexington Library Annex                12,832 sq. ft. A-Fuel Station                                    1,200 sq. ft. Sealed Proposals subject to the conditions made a part hereof will be received until 2:00 p.m., on February 18, 2025 for furnishing services described herein.  In the event the County is closed due to inclement weather, this opening will take place on the next business day. Note: The period for ending questions shall be February 14, 2025 at noon. IMPORTANT NOTE: Indicate firm name, which is County of Davidson. The RFP number, which is above, on the front of each sealed proposal envelope or package, along with the date for receipt of proposals specified above. Direct all inquiries concerning this RFP to: NOTE: A MANDATORY PRE-BID CONFERENCE No admittance, if late, for the Pre-bid Conference.  You will be asked to leave. For all prospective offerors is scheduled for 9:00 p.m. February 11, 2025 at the Support Services Department . Attendance at this conference is a prerequisite for consideration of an offeror's proposal.   Copies of the bid package will be available at the pre-bid conference. Prospective offerors are encouraged to submit written questions in advance. Address is listed above. The walk-throughs will be right after the pre-bid meeting (same day).  In the event the County is closed due to inclement weather, this meeting will take place on the next business day.
