Scope of Work:

Provide and install a new heat pump housekeeping pad. Integrate the new heat pump with existing DDC controls. Flash and seal exterior penetrations. Provide new electrical circuitry as required for HVAC unit installation. Re-installation of all ceiling devices in classroom into ceiling grid.

Sealed bids for the A/C Upgrade in the Aviation Classroom at Academy of Arts, Careers, and Technology will be received by the Washoe County School District’s (WCSD) Purchasing Department located at the Brown Center 14101 Old Virginia Road, Room #0, Reno, NV 89521, until 2:00 p.m., (Local Time) on February 9, 2026. The bids will be opened publicly via a TEAMS Meeting at 2:30 pm (local time).
