Oregon State University intends to contract for the production and presentation of films for the American Geophysical Union Conference (AGU25) from WebsEdge Ltd. as a sole source supplier. WebsEdge Ltd. has been determined as the single provider of the subject goods and/or services based upon an agreement between the American Geophysical Union (AGU) and WebsEdge Ltd. granting WebsEdge Ltd. the sole and exclusive right to produce and transmit content for AGU-TV at AGU25. Subject to this agreement there are no other suppliers that can meet the Oregon State University required specifications to produce and screen films at AGU25 via AGU-TV. OSU plans to present films at AGU25 to provide educational outreach about the Regional Class Research Vessels scientific outfitting capabilities, and to provide a construction update to the target audience of AGU scientists and attendees. An entity may appeal this determination in accordance with OSU Standard 03-010. Section 5.17 no later than the closing date indicated on the website. Appeals must be submitted to Procurement, Contracts and Materials Management at procurement@oregonstate.edu by September 24, 2025 at 2:00pm PT.
