Pre-Bid Conference: A MANDATORY pre-bid meeting and site visit will be held, Tuesday, January 7, 2025, 10:00 a.m. at the Sun Ray Wastewater Treatment Facility (WWTF), 915 Central Ave, Frostproof, FL 33843. An authorized representative or agent of the Bidder must be present at this meeting, as evidenced by their signature on the meeting’s sign-in sheet, or the Bidder’s Submittal will be considered non-responsive. It is recommended that prospective Bidders visit all sites listed on the bid sheet before attending this meeting. Bidders are to bring specific site questions to this meeting.
