CITY OF LATHROP NOTICE INVITING BIDS

NOTICE TO CONTRACTORS

The City of Lathrop invites sealed bids for provision of FY 2025/2026 Bid for Private Security Services, in the City of Lathrop, California. Sealed bids will be received at the office of the City Clerk, of the City of Lathrop, located at 390 Towne Centre Drive, Lathrop, CA until 3:00 PM, THURSDAY, APRIL 2, 2026. Bids submitted by mail shall be addressed to: City of Lathrop, Attention City Clerk/SEALED BID FOR FY 2025/2026 BID FOR SECURITY SERVICES, 390 Towne Centre Drive, Lathrop, CA 95330 and conform to Submission of Bids standards within this Section. The bids will be publicly opened and read on THURSDAY, APRIL 2, 2026, at 3:00 PM.

The scope of work to be performed under this Contract is generally described as private security services for the City of Lathrop by performing the necessary duties in the event of situation or occurrences such as civil disturbances or other criminal acts adversely affecting the security and safety of the City of Lathrop property and the general public that are lawfully in attendance during the facility rental and/or event.

The City makes no guarantee of a minimum quantity of work to be assigned or payment to be made to the Contractor as a function of this Contract.

The City of Lathrop does not sell copies of the specifications, but they may be purchased through ARC at www.e-arc.com/location/stockton/ . Select Order from Planwell, then Public Planroom. Each Bid Proposal submitted to the City must be submitted in accordance with the instructions and requirements provided in the Instructions to Bidders.
