This term contract intends to provide professional General Engineering Consultant (GEC) services to the Contracting Agency in support of programs and projects within the Mat-Su Valley Municipal Planning Organization (MVP) boundary for a period of up to five years.
Services may include:
•        Planning (both Program and Project Specific)
•        Community Engagement (Public Involvement)
•        Communication Support
•        Engineering (All Disciplines)
•        Environmental Document Preparation or Assistance
•        Design Support During Construction
•        Risk Assessments
•        Environmental Permitting
•        Right-of-Way Activities (Engineering, Appraisals, Acquisitions)
•        Utility Coordination and Agreement Writing
•        Bidding Document Development (Plans, Specifications, Estimate or other)
•        Specification Writing (General)
•        Cost Estimation (General)

It is anticipated that the Contracting Agency will issue individual amendments and NTPs for services required for individual project and program needs, at such time as those needs are identified.
