Scopes of work in Bid Package 12: Finish Carpentry – Casework (wood) and Counter Tops (solid surface); Spray Polyurethane Foam (SPF) Roofing Systems; Joint Fillers, Sealants, and Caulking; Doors; Windows; Interior Finishes; Flooring; Window Treatment; Steel Lab Cabinets and Accessories; Dumbwaiter; Fire Suppression Systems; Cranes & Hoists.
