Description: The City of Attleboro invites sealed proposals from qualified firms to provide professional services in the following categories: Real Estate Brokerage Services Appraisal Services Auctioneer Services These services support the disposition of municipal property, including tax title foreclosures and surplus asset sales, in accordance with Chapter 140 of the Acts of 2024 and guidance issued by the Massachusetts Division of Local Services (DLS), including Bulletin BUL-2024-6. Respondents may submit proposals for one, two, or all three service categories. The City will evaluate each category independently and may award up to three separate contracts , one for each service category. New City Hall Hours:   Mon/Wed/Thu:  8:00 am-4:30 pm.
