Description:	This is an advertisement for on-call construction services. Bids shall consist of unit prices, inclusive of all labor, insurance, equipment, materials, and power. Owner may award a general contract to all responsive and responsible bidders based on the proposals submitted. All Contractors who have entered into a general on-call construction contract with the Owner will be eligible to submit a proposal for each specific Work Order, as projects are identified. However, each Contractor understands and agrees that the Contract does not guarantee that Contractor will be awarded a specific Work Order, and the Owner has no obligation to give the Contractor the opportunity to perform Work Orders.
