Project Involves Maintenance Proposals From General Contractors Type of Facility Municipal/Government Posted in NY Location 2035 Niagara Falls Boulevard, Niagara Falls, New York 14304 Estimate $350,000.00 Description The Work of this project provides for the furnishing of all labor, materials, appliances, tools, equipment, and plant, and the performing of all Work in accordance with these specifications and drawings, with exception of work that is expressly and specifically not included in the project. The project consists of one (1) contract: NFIA Airside Drainage Structure Repair. The project will be implemented under one (1) Notices to Proceed (NTP) as set forth in the Contract Documents. The Work provides for the repair of existing airside drainage inlets and utility structures that have settled and sunk into the adjacent Portland Cement Concrete Pavement. Bid security must accompany each bid and must be in an amount not less than ten percent of the total bid price if the base bid exceeds $50,000.00.
