Item Information Item # 1: ( 72-13 - 00 ) The Bridgewater Housing Authority (BHA), the Awarding Authority, invites Electronic Bids from qualified, licensed and insured Contractors to provide on-call Electrical Services at its housing developments in Bridgewater, Massachusetts. The work consists of Electrical Repair and Preventative Maintenance Services at various State-aided (EOHLC) public housing developments owned/managed and operated by the Bridgewater Housing Authority in Bridgewater, Massachusetts in accordance with the contract documents. The successful bidder will be required to sign a service contract with the Authority for a period of three (3) years. The Estimated Cost of Electrical Services Contract: $50,000.00. This project is being electronically bid. All bids must be prepared and submitted online through Projectdoc.com. Hard copy bids will not be accepted by the Awarding Authority.
