Project Description: Louisville Metro Government is requesting bids for Ambulance Services. This is a project aimed at reducing the overall Emergency Medical Services (EMS) system demand by allowing private-service ambulances to respond to 911 calls for service. The 911 calls may originate from anywhere within the boundaries of Jefferson County, but the primary focus will be on calls in the Urban Service District, Fairdale, and Shively.
