Bid Title:	Designer RFS - Dale Street Elementary School

Description: The Owner is seeking design services initially for feasibility study and schematic design services as those services are detailed in the standard contract of the MSBA.  The Project consists of either the construction of a new Elementary School on the current site, or an addition and/or renovation of the existing Elementary School. The estimated construction cost is $75M - $120M. The Feasibility Phase study will include the development and evaluation of potential alternative solutions, swing space options (either temporary or permanent) for grades 4 to 5 as currently configured at the Dale Street Elementary School.
