Project Description: Rochester Public Schools (RPS) is soliciting sealed bids for the supply of disposable paper products for our Student Nutrition Services program. The District requires a reliable prime vendor to provide high-quality items—including trays, containers, napkins, and plasticware—to multiple school locations within Rochester, MN.
Key Submission Info: Contract Term: July 1, 2026 – June 30, 2027, with three (3) optional 1-year renewals.
Pricing: Firm, fixed unit prices; must be F.O.B. Destination (all-inclusive of freight and handling).
No Minimums: Minimum order requirements will not be accepted.
