Summary

Right-of-Acquisition, Roadway Design, New Utility Design, and Post Design Services for the preparation of construction documents consisting of plans, specifications and bid forms for roadway improvements to a 2.9-mile section of Barclay Avenue and associated improvements from Powell Road to Lucky Lane connecting into the completed design at Lucky Lane. This solicitation is in conformance with the Consultant's Competitive Negotiation Act (CCNA), Section 287.055 of the Florida Statutes (Current Edition).
