Notes	REQUEST FOR BID EMERALD ASH BORER TREATMENTS CITY OF WEST DES MOINES DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC SERVICES The City of West Des Moines, Iowa, invites qualified contractors to submit electronic bids for Emerald Ash Borer Treatments for public ash trees throughout the City. Bids must be submitted electronically through the City’s IonWave e-bidding system at https://wdm.ionwave.net. Paper or emailed bids will not be accepted. Bid Closing: 2:00 PM (Local Time) on Wednesday, April 15, 2026 Bid Title: Emerald Ash Borer Treatments BID PROCEDURE Vendors must register in the IonWave e-bidding portal to submit bids. Bid Form, References, Equipment Form, and Contacts for Contractor shall be completed and uploaded within IonWave before the deadline. Late submissions are not accepted by the IonWave system. Vendors are encouraged to submit early to avoid technical issues. Submission through IonWave constitutes acknowledgement and authorization by the bidder to bind their company to the terms of the RFB. Unsigned or unauthorized bids are considered non-responsive. Failure to submit all required forms may render the bid non-responsive. Vendors choosing not to participate are encouraged to record a “No Bid” response in IonWave to remain on the City’s vendor list. The City reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids due to non-responsiveness.
