Amendment 001 is posted. Make sure you acknowledge and sign the Amendment as part of your quote package. Several new documents have been added due to changes in the Scope of the project and for clarification purposes as a result of the questions received during the Site Visit and Requests for Information period. There will not be another site visit.

In addition, A BID BOND OF 20% of the quoting price is now required to be submitted with a quote package.

New deadline to submit quote packages is Thursday, September 24th, 2026, at 12:00 Noon local AZ time.

I am in the middle of working on an amendment to this solicitation that will include a couple of line items not listed on the original SOI. I have extended the due date because of the upcoming changes. Please keep an eye out on this listing as I hope to get the updated SOW & SOI with an amended solication posted by the end of the week.

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the

format in FAR Part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotations are being

requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.

Solicitation number 127EAX26Q0074 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for the removal,

inspection, and replacement of roofing at the Mt. Elden Fire Lookout Tower, East Pocket Fire Lookout Tower, and

Fernow Cabin on the Coconino National Forest in Arizona.

This acquisition is set-aside for small business concerns. The applicable North American Industry

Classification Standard Code is 238160 - Roofing Contractors. The small business size standard is

$19 Million. This acquisition is a Total Small Business Set-Aside. All responsible sources may

submit a quotation which will be considered by the agency.
