Description: Invitation to Bid for Vehicle Purchase for Mobile Integrated Healthcare (MIH) Community Paramedic ProgramDownload Invitation to Bid for Vehicle Purchase (PDF) Funding Notice and Requirements: Brunswick County is the subrecipient of a federal award from the North Carolina Department of Health and Human Services, Division of Health Service Regulation (NCDHHS) as the pass-through entity, under the Rural Health Transformation Program (RHTP), as authorized by Section 71401 of Public Law 119-21, and administered by the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) as the federal grantor agency. The period of performance of the aforementioned grant subaward is December 29, 2025, through October 30, 2030. This purchase is expected to be funded by the aforementioned grant subaward totaling $210,988 from NCDHHS as the pass-through entity, which will cover 100% of the costs of this procurement on a reimbursement basis. The contents of this solicitation are those of Brunswick County as the subrecipient of such funding and may not reflect the official views or policies, nor should they be considered an endorsement, of CMS, NCDHHS, or the U.S. Government. In utilizing such federal funds, Brunswick County must comply with all applicable CMS program terms and conditions, the specific grant award terms and conditions, federal guidance incorporated into the RHTP award, such other guidance as the federal grantor agency or pass-through entity has issued or may issue governing the expenditure of such funds, and the requirements set forth in the Uniform Administrative Requirements, Cost Principles, and Audit Requirements for Federal Awards (2 C.F.R. Part 200 and 2 C.F.R. Part 300 ), including, without limitation, the applicable provisions described in Appendix II to 2 C.F.R. Part 200 (collectively, the “Regulatory Requirements”).
