Professional Engineering Services for Comprehensive Stormwater Infrastructure Mapping

The Town of Waynesville is seeking proposals from qualified firms with expertise in GIS modeling and stormwater master planning. The Town seeks to identify the best qualifying firm to provide professional engineering services related to a comprehensive stormwater mapping project.

The purpose of this project is to provide the Town with a comprehensive, up-to-date GIS inventory and database of the stormwater drainage system. This will include field-surveyed locations, detailed structure attributes, and data integration with the Town’s existing GIS. The work will involve field verification, integration of new data into the GIS platform, and development of accurate stormwater system map.

All the proposals will be received until Friday, January 30, 2026, at 4 pm. All proposals must be sealed and submitted physically and must be properly identified with “RFQ: Waynesville Comprehensive Stormwater Infrastructure Mapping”. Deliver proposals to:
