The County of Volusia is seeking competitive bids from Contractors to perform comprehensive window cleaning services at the Daytona Beach Ocean Center, located at 101 N. Atlantic Ave., Daytona Beach, FL 32118.

Background

The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision necessary to complete window cleaning services as described herein. Due to the Ocean Center's coastal location and direct exposure to salt air and ocean spray, all services shall address saltwater-related buildup, mineral deposits, and residue as a primary cleaning objective — not merely routine surface washing.
