ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS

Sealed proposals will be received by the Division of Public Works, State of Idaho, at 502 N. 4th St., PO

Box 83720, Boise, Idaho 83720-0072 until 10:00 a.m. local time, on Friday, January 30, 2026 for DPW

Project 25211: EMA (Bldg. 015) Surveillance System, Boise State University, Boise, Idaho.

A description of the work of this project can be summarized to include: Adding new surveillance cameras and

associated system throughout the interior public area, at exterior entrances and on the Southeast and

Northeast corners of the roof at ExtraMile Arena on Boise State University Campus. Replace existing security

cameras on level 1 and on the roof and add two existing PTZ cameras at the balcony level above the catwalk

area over the arena seating. New cameras will be installed in circulation areas, entries and in areas where

transactions occur. Patch and repair of existing finishes and fireproofing. Fire caulk at penetrations through

fire rated assemblies.

Proposals will be opened and publicly read at the above hour and date.

There will be a Pre-Bid Conference on Tuesday, January 20, 2026, beginning at 10:00 a.m., prevailing

local time, at 1401 Bronco Lane, Boise, Idaho 83706. Bidders are encouraged to attend.

One set of documents may be obtained by licensed general contractors and by licensed electrical

subcontractors from the Design Professional for a refundable deposit of $200.00. Others may obtain

documents at cost, non-refundable.

A bid bond in the amount of 5% of the total bid amount, including any add alternates, is required. A Public

Works Contractor's License for the State of Idaho is required to bid on this work.
