Request for Qualifications – Cleaning Services

The City is currently accepting Requests for Qualifications (RFQ) from qualified and experienced cleaning service providers to perform routine janitorial services for City facilities. Interested firms must be properly bonded and insured and demonstrate the ability to provide reliable, high-quality services.

RFQ documents, submission requirements, and deadlines are available below. All qualified vendors are encouraged to submit. All RFQ submittals and quotes should be submitted to Crystal Childers at cchilders@blueridgecity.com .

City Hall Monthly Cleaning Services

The City of Blue Ridge is requesting written quotes for monthly cleaning services at City Hall, located at 108 W. James

St., Blue Ridge, Texas 75424.

Facility: Approx. 2,483 sq. ft. including offices, waiting area, meeting area, restroom, kitchen, and interior windows.

Service Frequency: Once per month

Requirements: Vendor must be bonded and insured. W-9 required.

Pricing: Flat monthly rate not to exceed $500 per month.
