NOTICE TO BIDDERS
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Proposals will be received for the Contract UNEMPLOYMENT
COMPENSATION ADMINISTRATION 25-050-HR on or before July 24, 2025 at 2:30 p.m. Solicitation
documents, including specifications, may be obtained by email at donna.weidman@dupagecounty.gov or
at www.DemandStar.com. All Proposals must be received prior to the date and time shown above.
Effective January 21, 2025, the County of DuPage (“County”) is only accepting proposals electronically at
donna.weidman@dupagecounty.gov. Electronic signatures are allowed and Proposals do not have to be
notarized. The County accepts no responsibility for transmission failures or content omissions. Proposals
transmitted in person, by mail or by facsimile (“Fax”) will not be accepted.
Proposal openings are open to the public. All openings will be attended by two (2) County employees.
STATEMENT OF WORK
Through this Request for Proposal (RFP), DuPage County (“County”) hereby invites qualified providers whoShow Less
meet the qualifications and specifications set forth herein to submit proposals for Unemployment
Compensation Administration services for its Department of Human Services, for a three (3) year contract
with the possibility of one (1), one (1) year extensions, with a start date of October 1, 2025. The County
wishes to select a single qualified and experienced firm to provide services as outlined in the scope of
