MANDATORY Pre-Bid/Site Visit Meeting: Wednesday, March 5 2025 at 09:00am Central Time–LOCATION: Kerr Dam Energy Control Center (1-1/4 mile north of Locust Grove, OK on Hwy 82 & 1-1/4 mile West, Locust Grove, OK 74352). GPS Coordinates to Gate: 36.22823814987618-95.18002298657035. Push button at call box and report you have arrived. A Sign In Sheet will be provided and Required.

Bids will NOT be accepted from any Bidder not in attendance at the Mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting/Site Visit

Questions can be submitted within the RFP at the Bid Express website until Thursday, March 13, 2025 at 4:00pm Central Time. Questions will NOT be answered via phone, fax, or email.

This is a Sealed Bid Process. All Quotes/Proposals MUST be submitted through Bid Express. Go to https://www.bidexpress.com and look for either GRDA or Grand River Dam Authority Solicitations and RFP 6602. You MUST be registered with Bid Express to view the RFP. There is a $50.00 fee to upload your Quote/Proposal. NO Bids/Proposals will be accepted via Phone, Fax, or Email
