Arlington East (AE) Control Room Upgrade (this "Solicitation")
is to evaluate and select a vendor to improve office and storage areas to
create additional workspace for employees at 1555 Millcoe Rd, Jacksonville,
Florida 32225 as described in this Solicitation (the "Work") and to
determine the best method for JEA to procure the Work with regards to pricing,
quality, design, and workmanship.
