This project is in Louisville Ky and is the first phase of a much larger project that includes animal exhibits/housing for native Kentucky Animals including Otter/Beaver, Bobcats, Coyotes, Bear, Elk, Bison and others.
This phase of the project includes:
Sitework - Erosion Control, Site Clearing, Earthwork, Storm/Sanitary Sewers, Grading, Kayak Creek and Wetlands Construction, etc.
Landscaping - Limited Scope as needed.
Fencing - Limited Scope as needed
Cast in Place Concrete - Limited Scope as needed.
Waterproofing associated with Cast in Place Concrete.
LSS (Life Safety Systems) Piping - Limited Scope as needed.
Electrical - Limited Scope as needed.
