Scope of Services
The Commission is seeking quotations for the following services:

The New Smyrna Beach Utilities is seeking a quote from a licensed & Insured Contractor to perform the following:
New Smyrna Beach Utilities is seeking quotations for the Annual contract Window Glass Cleaning at four of our locations listed below. The frequency of cleaning will be outlined below.

This would be a one-year annual contract with the option to renew for an additional three one-year periods.

Contractor shall provide insurance, materials, tools, labor, equipment and supervision to perform all work necessary to complete this scope of work.

Location 1: 3119 SR44 (water reclamation facility, all windows and glass doors on main building)

Frequency: exterior – quarterly

Interior – yearly
Location 2: 2640 Paige Ave. (water treatment plant, all windows and glass doors on main building)

Frequency: exterior – quarterly

Interior – yearly

Location 3: 350 Slaton St. (electric T&D/sys ops, all windows and glass doors on main building)

Frequency: exterior – quarterly

Interior – yearly
Location 4: 200 Canal St. (central office building, all windows and glass doors incl. drive thru)

Frequency: exterior – monthly

Interior – yearly (except drive thru)
