Description: The City of McAllen is soliciting electronic bids for a bumper-pull mobile command trailer for Emergency Management Response.

Bid Opening: Sealed electronic bids addressed to Mr. Isaac J. Tawil, City Manager, will be received until Thursday, May 15, 2025 at 2:00 p.m. , Central Standard Time (CST) at which time they shall be publicly opened in a meeting held in McAllen City Hall, 2nd floor, Conference Room 2A. This project is being funded, in part, by the Homeland Security Grant Program funds and may be subject to the following Federal requirements:  Executive Order 11246; Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964; Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1968; and Related Acts as well as State laws and regulations.  In addition, the successful bidder must ensure that employees and applicants for employment are not discriminated against because of race, color, religion, sex, age or national origin.

The City of McAllen reserves the right to refuse and reject any or all bids and to waive any or all formalities or technicalities, or to accept the bids considered the best value to the City, and to hold the bids for a period of sixty (60) days without taking action.
