Overview

Summary

The City of Thousand Oaks invites all interested Service Providers to submit quotes for a project at the Hill Canyon Treatment Plant (HCTP). The scope of the project at the HCTP is the injection of epoxy into the existing Digester 2 and 3 concrete wall located in a confined space access valve pit (open topped). The leaks to be repaired range from currently dry, but previously active based on leak trails to active leaking. There are approximately seven (7) leak areas that need to receive the epoxy injection.
