The City reserves theright to accept or reject any response for any or no reason and to waive any minorirregularity if determined to be in the best interest of the City of Greenville.Selection of ProposalsOnce the winning proposal is selected, the City will draft an agreement. Upon bidderapproval and execution, it will be presented to Council for approval.Project Scope• Cracks shall be cleaned of dust, dirt, and debris and filled with an acrylic basecrack filler designed for crack filling of asphalt courts according to themanufacturer’s recommendations and leveled.• Patched cracks and other areas that are repaired will be recolored with twoapplications of color acrylic surfacing material to match existing colors.• Reapply playing lines as needed.Request For BidGARCC Pickleball Crack RepairsResponse SheetThis response sheet must be completed and submitted with the other requestedinformation as part of the response submittal.
