Description: Middletown Community Development Agency NOTICE TO BIDDERS The Middletown Community Development Agency will be accepting bids for the substantial rehabilitation of the following single-family residence: 1. Genung Street Basic work consists of general construction. Any plumbing and/or electrical work performed in the City of Middletown MUST be completed by a licensed City of Middletown plumber and/or electrician. Specifications and information for bidders are available at the Office of Economic & Community Development, 16 James Street, 3rd Floor, Middletown, NY 10940, Monday thru Friday, between the hours of 8:30 AM and 4:30 PM, call (845)-346-4170. The public bid opening will be held in the Community Development Office located at City Hall, 16 James Street, 3rd Floor, Middletown, NY 10940 on July 31, 2025 at 4:00. A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on Wednesday, July 10, 2025 @ 3:00 at the construction site. Detailed information is in the bid package. Bids are due in the Office of Economic & Community Development on July 31, 2025 at 4:00. The Middletown Community Development Agency reserves the right to reject any or all bids, or any and all portions of bids, in the Middletown Community Development Agency’s sole discretion.
