Summary This project involves the purchase and installation of new office furniture at the William Green Building and the Annex of the WGB *Read documents and directions thoroughly* Request involves the purchase and installation of 119 new office sets for the offices in the William Green Building and at the Annex of WGB. 113 - William Green Building 6 - Annex of WGB **Bidders should include a price for assembly, delivery, and installation in their quote. ** Because this is a large furniture order, installation will need to be done in phases - likely a few levels/floors at a time. **The deliveries should be timed with each installation phase. **Selected bidder will be required to coordinate installation in advance with BWC Facilities for scheduling and logistics. **The vendor will then be required to transport the furniture from the warehouse to the William Green Building for installation. **If the delivery comes via semi-truck, it MUST go to the warehouse space at 4200 Surface Road. ** See the attached project details, location information section for the breakdown. Project details, location information section for the breakdown is in attached document Please review ALL the attached documents more specifically: Your bid sheet responses MUST be submitted within OhioBuys.  The bid sheet is attached to this solicitation.  Attached bid sheet must be filled out in its entirety with all amounts.  N/A or TBD will not be accepted  Identify contract number/index number if applicable.
