Notice to Bidders
Notice is hereby given that sealed bids will be received by the Jefferson
Township Purchasing Office until the 25th day of November 2025 @
11:00 A.M. at which time bids will be publicly opened and read in the Council Chambers at the Municipal Building, 1033 Weldon Road, Jefferson Township, Morris County, New Jersey, for the following categories:
Purchase of Pipe and Appurtenances-One-year contract
UTL-25-3
All Bids must be in compliance with Chapter 33 of Public Laws of 1977 and Chapter 43 of Public Laws of 2016. The Municipality reserves the right to hold bids for 60 days.
Bidders are required to comply with the requirement of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27.
The Township Council reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
Specifications can be obtained between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m.,
Weekdays only by contacting the Purchasing Department at the Municipal Building, 1033 Weldon Road, Jefferson Township or by email at cfett@jeffersontownship.net.

Bids must be enclosed, sealed and marked on the outside of the envelope as to the bids designation by bid # or type of equipment or service, vendor’s name and address and be addressed to the Purchasing Department, Municipal Building, 1033 Weldon Road, Lake Hopatcong, New Jersey, 07849.
