Description: SECTION 00100 - NOTICE TO BIDDERS Westwood Golf Course Bridge Replacement and Repairs City of Newton Newton, Iowa Receipt and Opening of Sealed Proposals.  Sealed proposals for the work comprising the repair or improvement as stated below must be filed before 11:00 A.M. on October 28th, 2025, in the office of the Public Works Director, 303 W 4th St N, Suite 501, Newton, Iowa 50208. Sealed proposals will be opened and publicly read with bids being tabulated at that time.  The results will be reported to the City of Newton at its meeting at 6:00 P.M. on November 3rd, 2025, at with time the City Council may take action on the proposals submitted or at such time as may then be fixed.
