The State of Utah - Division of Facilities Construction and Management (DFCM) is soliciting the services of qualified firms/individuals to perform Programming & Design services for the following project:
Project Description: This solicitation constitutes Phase 2 of the State’s pilot Progressive Design-Build procurement and is intended to select the Architect/Design Team that will join Zwick/Suffolk JV, DFCM, and Dixie Technical College as part of the final Progressive Design-Build team.
Construction Budget $47,600,000.00
