Notes	The City of Warner Robins invites the submission of bids for the engine replacement of a 2007 International 4200 Flat Bed Dump Truck. It is the contractor's responsibility to request any general information or minor clarification by the allowed date. The successful bidder shall give satisfactory evidence to the City of Warner Robins that they and/or sub-contractor carries Worker’s Compensation, in accordance with State Worker's Compensation Laws, and public liability and property damage insurance in sufficient amounts to ensure adequate coverage of the work, with the following minimum amounts acceptable: Comprehensive General Liability: 1 Million per Occurrence/2 Million General Aggregate Comprehensive Vehicle Liability: 1 Million Combined Single Limit Umbrella Liability: 2 Million Worker's Compensation: Statutory, required with 3 or more No work required by this bid solicitation shall occur unless and until the required insurance certificates are provided and purchase order has been issued. All questions must be submitted through the City's IonWave bidding system by the designated date and time of Wednesday, December 18, 2024 at 11:00 a.m. Eastern time. Each prospective bidder must upload and submit your bid with all required documents through IonWave by the designated date and tim e of Friday, December 20, 2024 at 2:00 p.m. Eastern time. The bid will be awarded to the responsible bidder whose bid will be most advantageous to the City of Warner Robins, price, availability and other factors considered. The City of Warner Robins reserves the right to accept none, all, or any part of the bid, and to waive all formalities.
