The City of Danbury is inviting the submission of proposals from qualified firms for the sole purpose of providing an Occupational Medical Services Program.

Interested parties are requested to submit five (5) copies of their proposal to the Office of the Purchasing Agent, 155 Deer Hill Avenue, Danbury, CT 06810, during normal business hours by no later than 2:00 PM on Wednesday, February 11, 2026.
