Description: The City of Portland, Texas (“City”) hereby issues this Request for Bid (“RFB”). The City is seeking Bids from firms interested and qualified to provide Ice-Skating Rink Rental Services. The City intends to enter into a Service Agreement (also referred to herein as a “Contract” or “Agreement”) for these services. The objective of this Request for Bid is to identify and award a contract to the responsive and responsible bidder whose bid is determined to provide the best value to the City, based on the evaluation criteria set forth in this solicitation. The Bid and all the required documentation must be submitted in one sealed envelope or package bearing the title “SEALED BID – RFB 7010 ICE-SKATING RINK RENTAL SERVICES” on the outside of the package as well as the Bidder’s name, address, and contact information. The deadline for submission of Bids is 2:00 p.m. CT (Central Time) August 13, 2026.
