Project Description: Buffalo Public Schools (BPS) seeks proposals from qualified vendors to provide a comprehensive benchmark assessment system for Grades 3–8 English Language Arts and Mathematics, Grades 5 and 8 Science, and High School Regents-tested subjects. The assessment system shall provide standards-aligned, predictive, and instructional data that supports continuous improvement of teaching, learning, intervention, and curriculum evaluation. All assessment questions should mirror New York State Assessment format.
