This project consists of historical façade improvements at 228-230 W Main Street in Norristown, Pennsylvania. The work generally includes window restoration, storm window installation, restoration and repair of wood architectural elements, exterior façade improvements, and related repairs to select building components intended to preserve and enhance the building's historic character. Qualifications:
Bidders must be properly licensed and qualified under applicable laws governing their respective trades and demonstrate experience performing similar restoration and exterior improvement projects. Contractors shall be capable of obtaining all required insurance and must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, regulations, and requirements, including those related to safety, labor, and nondiscrimination. Bidders shall provide evidence of their qualifications and ability to successfully complete the work in accordance with the Contract Documents.
Special Requirements:
A mandatory pre-bid conference will be held at the project site, and attendance is required for all prospective bidders. Bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes on the forms provided, prior to the specified deadline, and clearly labeled in accordance with the bid instructions. Contractors are responsible for reviewing all contract documents, visiting the project site, and accounting for existing conditions when preparing their bids. No late submissions will be accepted.

No questions will be accepted by phone, and all inquiries must be submitted prior to the deadline established in the Bid Documents.
