Marine Engine Repower and Electronics Modernization

1998 21’ Zodiac Police Patrol Vessel

1. Submission of bids

All bids should be submitted in a sealed envelope with “Marine

Engine Repower and Electronics Modernization” written on the

outside. Bids should be sent, or hand delivered, to the Office of the

Town Administrator, Town Hall, 600 Chief Justice Cushing Hwy.,

Scituate, MA 02066.

Bids will be publicly opened at 10AM on February 10, 2026 in the

Select Board Hearing Room at Town Hall, 600 Chief Justice Cushing

Hwy, Scituate, MA 02066. Late bids, faxed bids and electronic bids

will all be rejected.

Bids must include:

• Detailed description of equipment and services

• Estimated project timeline

• Warranty information

• Completed Bid Submission Form

• Completed Certificate of Non-Collusion Form

• Completed State Tax Certification Form
