Submittals due by January 16, 2025 at 3:00pm ET.

One non-mandatory pre-bid meeting is scheduled to discuss issues related to bidding
the project. The non-mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held at the demolition site, 420
West Walnut Street, Johnson City, Tennessee, 2:00PM ET January 7, 2025.
