Description

Oregon State University intends to contract for the provision of a Porometer/Flurometer Portable Photosynthesis System from Li-Cor Biotech as a sole source because of the uniqueness (design, capability, nature) of the goods and the contractor being the single provider of the goods. System must measure photosynthesis in response to light provided in wavelengths that encompass red (660nm), blue (452nm), and green (523nm) given the use of supplemental lighting within controlled environments and provide rapid fluorescence measurements. An entity may appeal this determination in accordance with OSU Standard 03-010. Section 5.17 no later than the closing date indicated on the website. Appeals must be submitted to Procurement, Contracts and Materials Management at procurement@oregonstate.edu by 02/07/2025 at 10:00AM PST.
