	Project Description		One-Two Sentences Remove approximately 18,500 square feet of existing EPDM roof and insulation, associated metal flashing, and replace with new fully adhered 60 mil PVC 20-year watertight roof system. Project will also include building envelope masonry repairs and waterproofing.
